Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Flowers Gallery India, we strive to deliver fresh flowers, delicious cakes, and quality gift items on time. However, refunds and cancellations are subject to the following terms.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are prepared or dispatched.
  • Once an order is dispatched, same-day delivery orders, flowers, cakes, and other perishable items cannot be cancelled.
  • Cancellation requests must be raised immediately after order confirmation.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Quality issues (flowers freshness or cake damage)

Customers must share clear photographs within 24 hours of delivery for verification.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Fresh flowers
  • Cakes (including customized and same-day delivery cakes)
  • Customized gift items
  • Orders failed due to incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer

Refund Processing Time

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Delivery Failure

If delivery fails due to recipient unavailability, incorrect address, or incorrect contact details, no refund will be issued.
